Position Details

Title: Senior Indirect Procurement Manager

Client: Food & Beverage

Location: Louisville, CO (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)

Duration: 18-Week Contract (High chance to convert fulltime)

Start: Immediate

Pay: $60 /h on W2

Key Responsibilities

Lead sourcing and procurement activities across Professional Services and Indirect Spend categories.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies, supplier selection, negotiations, and contract management.
Manage RFP/RFQ processes and supplier relationship management (SRM).
Drive cost savings, spend visibility, compliance, and process improvements.
Collaborate with Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing, IT, Operations, and other business stakeholders.
Conduct supplier performance reviews and lead strategic sourcing initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field.
10+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Category Management.
Strong experience with Indirect Procurement and Professional Services sourcing.
Proven negotiation, supplier management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong analytical, financial, project management, and presentation capabilities.
Experience managing complex sourcing initiatives in a cross-functional environment
