Our Housing Division is recruiting driven candidates for their open position! Housing Advocate Provide supportive services to households experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless. Build relationships with households to increase housing stability by helping them navigate the housing system, linking households to resources within the community, and empowering people to meet goals. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Human Service related field Valid driver’s license and current vehicle insurance Preferred Qualifications Experience working with adults with mental illness Minnesota Social Work License Lived experience or a history working with individuals with low incomes The agency provides a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, flex spending plan, HSA, life, short-term and long-term disability, 403(b) Retirement/Thrift Plan with agency contribution, generous paid time off that includes ESST, 12 paid holidays, and a flexible work environment.
