Kitchen Prep – Dough Specialist Bellaire, MI Full‑Time or Part‑Time | $15–$18 per hour Short’s Brewing Company is looking for a Kitchen Prep – Dough Specialist to join our Bellaire brewpub team. This role supports our food program by preparing high‑quality dough and assisting with kitchen prep to ensure consistency and efficiency in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare pizza and pretzel dough following standardized recipes Accurately measure, mix, shape, rotate, and store dough Plan daily dough production based on business levels Assist with general food prep and dishwashing as needed Follow all food safety and sanitation standards (FIFO, labeling, cooling) Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management Qualifications Minimum 2 years of professional kitchen or baking experience ServSafe certification preferred Basic math, organization, and time‑management skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced kitchen environment Physical Requirements Ability to stand for shifts up to 8 hours Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
