This clinic offers a well-established, community-centered environment with a strong foundation in orthopedic and manual therapy excellence. The space includes four private treatment rooms, a dedicated gym, and a blended schedule structure with 40-minute morning treatments and 60-minute evaluations. Leadership prioritizes flexibility and sustainability, ensuring clinicians have the autonomy to shape schedules and maintain vibrant lives outside of work.

The team includes advanced orthopedic and manual therapy credentials (CMPT, OCS, ASTYM), creating a strong mentorship foundation for refining clinical reasoning and hands-on skills. Here's how you will make an impact

• Providing education and counseling to patient/family regarding treatments and goals, potential safety risks and/or other issues within scope of practice
• Evaluating physical and functional status, as well as cognitive, psychological, and perceptual ability to determine the patient's capabilities to function (safely)
• Documenting all evaluations, treatment, and coordination of care contacts via appropriate facility policies
• Independently managing own case load to maximize effectiveness of overall care plan
• Comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, and requirements, as well as facility/agency specific policies and procedures
• Supporting special projects and other designated activities as assigned in support of TAI's mission and core values
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by your leadership

What you will need to bring to the table

• Physical Therapist license
• 3+ years practicing as a licensed physical therapist
• Commitment to top quality patient care
• Eagerness to develop your skills and support your team members as they develop their skills

Physical Therapist base compensation is $90,000 - $96,000+ with a total compensation package of $101,000 - $107,000+ depending on experience and fit. Relocation/sign-on bonus available!
