Tool and Die Technician

We’re hiring a Tooling & Die Technician who can take ownership of builds, ensure precision during assembly, and support tooling performance from start to production. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-driven, mechanically skilled, and confident working with measurements, inspections, and equipment to deliver quality results every time. Responsibilities Assembling molds and tooling components to ensure proper shut-off and no defects during trials Operating grinding and manual milling machines to manufacture and rework tool components Inspecting tooling using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and other precision instruments Troubleshooting tooling issues during production and making necessary repairs or adjustments Performing preventative maintenance and replacing worn or damaged tool components Supporting tool trials, ensuring quality standards are met before releasing to production Requirements 2+ years of experience in tooling, mold assembly, or grinding required (MIM or similar environment preferred) Strong understanding of precision measurement tools and inspection techniques Experience operating grinding machines and manual machining equipment Ability to read drawings, follow specifications, and maintain tight tolerances Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a manufacturing environment Must be able to pass background check and drug test Schedule Monday – Friday 10 AM – 6 PM Potential overtime and weekends when required based on business needs Pay $25 /H our Location San Antonio, 782 26 EEO STATEMENT Equal Employment Opportunity has been, and will continue to be, a fundamental principle at our Company, where employment is based upon personal capabilities and qualifications without discrimination because of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, national origin, disability, or any other protected characteristic as established by law.
