A community-based healthcare organization in Central New York is seeking a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist to join its growing dental team. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental hygiene services to patients.
• Perform preventive oral health assessments and hygiene treatments.
• Educate patients regarding oral hygiene, preventive care, and appropriate home-care techniques.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Support infection control and dental safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with dentists, clinical staff, patients, and families.
• Help create a professional, welcoming, and positive patient experience.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with applicable healthcare regulations.
• Assist with continuity of care and appropriate follow-up recommendations.

Schedule

• Full-time, permanent position
• Monday through Thursday
• 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• Four-day workweek

Minimum Qualifications

• Current New York Registered Dental Hygienist license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong patient-care and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative dental team.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate dental care.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous dental hygiene experience.
• Infection Control certification.
• Experience with dental or medical electronic records.

Compensation

• $85,000 to $100,000 annually
• Compensation based on experience and qualifications.
