Compensation: $74,000 - $84,000 total annual earnings (OTE) includes base salary plus commission

About the Role

Cal-Ore Communications is seeking a driven, experienced Telecommunications / Business Sales
Executive to support continued growth across Northern California and Southern Oregon. This role is responsible for both developing new business territories and managing existing client relationships in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

This position offers the opportunity to lead sales efforts in expanding markets while working collaboratively with engineering, service, and back-office teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and close new business sales opportunities
• Expand into new service territories and markets
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships at all levels of business
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Retain and grow existing customer accounts
• Identify customer needs and align them with Cal-Ore’s telecommunications solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams including engineering and service contractors
• Maintain and grow a strong, consistent sales pipeline

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of outside sales experience preferred

• Proven success in business-to-business sales, preferably in telecommunications or technology

• Experience managing sales territories and developing new markets
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain successful sales pipelines
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-level team environment
• Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented
• Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Participate in community events, trade shows, and marketing activities
• Ability to work evenings and weekends, as needed

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: $74,000 - $84,000 total annual earnings (OTE) includes base salary plus commission
• Base Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 (DOE)
• Commission: ~$2,000/month at target, with a ramp up period and significant upside
• Comprehensive benefits and retirement plan
• New Hire Bonus: $5,000, paid in two installments, subject to the employee remaining actively employed and all eligibility requirements are satisfied on each payment date:
• $2,500 following 120 days of continuous employment
• $2,500 following 12 months of continuous employment
