We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.Essential Duties:Assist with general maintenance tasks such as painting, cleaning, and minor repairsHelp maintain the landscaping by mowing, trimming, and watering plantsPerform routine inspections of the facility to identify any maintenance needsAssist with setting up and breaking down equipment for events and activitiesFollow all safety protocols and guidelines while performing maintenance tasksCommunicate effectively with other team members and supervisorsCourt maintenance including blowing off debris from tennis courtsPicking up trash around the groundsIdentify and report to supervisor when supplies are neededPerforms other duties as required, basic knowledge of power tool useRegular and reliable attendanceRequirements:Previous experience in maintenance or landscaping is preferredAbility to lift heavy objects and work in outdoor conditionsStrong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructionsExcellent communication skills and a positive attitudeMust be reliable and able to work independently or as part of a teamAbout Troon: Founded in 1990 and headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ, Troon is the world's largest professional club management company, that specializes in services in golf, hospitality, and residential communities.
