The person will be in constant motion and will participate in physical activities, such as lifting (0–50 lbs.), bending, reaching and stooping.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Greets customers as they enter the locationMaintains awareness of services provided by Quick Quack Car WashExplains services provided by Quick Quack Car Wash to customersAssists customers with questions or price discrepanciesEnsures accurate transactions by balancing cash register at the beginning and end of shift, and verifying sales at end of shiftAssists customers in locating various products, resolving complaints, or providing information; directs customers to other departments as necessaryHolds advertising signs and performs other marketing-related functionsProperly uses sales membership pitch when interacting with new customersSells additional services and vending items by recognizing opportunities and benefits to the customerAccurately and efficiently completes sales transactions and maintains proper cash accountabilities at POS registersStocks and maintains merchandise in vending cartMaintains housekeeping and maintenance responsibilities (driveways, restrooms, and car wash)Explains car wash entry procedure to customers and follows exact car loading and "prepping" procedures, ensuring employee and/or customer safety is not jeopardizedPerforms other duties as assignedQuick Quack Car Wash Uniform GuidelinesEligibility for this role at Quick Quack Car Wash requires a clean driving record, meaning that you may not have any major moving violations or serious preventable accidents within the last 3–5 years.
