Family Medicine Physician - Marinette Clinic

Location: 2820 Roosevelt Rd, Marinette, WI 54153

Practice Along the Shores of Lake Michigan

Bellin Health is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our busy and well-established Marinette Clinic . Located on the shores of Lake Michigan , this opportunity offers the perfect balance of rewarding clinical practice, strong team support, and an exceptional lifestyle in a growing community.

Position Highlights

Full-time (1.0 FTE)
Schedule:
- 40 hours/week
- Typically 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- 32 patient-facing hours
- Typically a 4-day work week
Flexible employment options available
Patient Volume: 18-22 patients per day
Shared call group
No weekends or holidays , except limited call coverage

Practice Details

Outpatient-only Family Medicine
Established and growing patient base
Care for patients across all ages
Supportive, team-oriented clinical staff
EMR: EPIC with remote access from home

Compensation & Benefits

2-year compensation guarantee
Production, quality, and value-based bonuses

Time Off & CME

Paid Time Off:
- 200 hours annually during guarantee
- 264 hours annually after guarantee
CME:
- $5,000 annual stipend
- 80 hours of CME time
