We are looking for go-to hard and soft surface installers that we can provide consistent jobs to on a weekly basis with job sizes ranging from 1 room to entire homes.Key Responsibilities:Prep and install the flooring in steps according to company's procedures with high attention to detail and careKeep tools organized and clean and maintain a safe and clean work environmentUnderstanding the scope of work of the project before you get there and familiarize yourself with the project fileResponsible to properly handle company machinery and power toolsKnowledge of units of measurement and able to complete simple math calculationsInteract with customers in a friendly and polite manner, must be trustworthy and comfortable in a customer's homeEnsure high quality company standards are met every timeWork to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with every aspect of the jobJob requires travel throughout the weekQualifications:5 years in flooring installationValid driver's license, functioning vehicle, liability insurance and worker's compensation coverageAbility to lift 50 - 75 lbs repeatedlyThe position requires repetitive crouching, squatting, standing, walking and liftingThis position travels to various work locations throughout the weekFloor Coverings International is the #1 mobile flooring franchise in North America.
