About the Role:
Capriotti's in Harrisburg, PA is looking for an energetic and motivated Shift Leader to join our team! In this role, you'll help lead daily sandwich shop operations while delivering the legendary guest experience Capriotti's is known for. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support team members during shifts to ensure smooth, efficient operations
• Uphold Capriotti's food quality, preparation, and presentation standards
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve guest concerns in a timely manner
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reconciliation
• Monitor food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards throughout the shift
• Train and coach crew members on proper procedures and company standards
• Communicate effectively with management regarding staffing, inventory, and operational needs

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a restaurant, fast casual, or food service environment preferred
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
• Strong communication and team-building skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
• Basic math and cash handling skills
• Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
