Franklin County Ohio IN OFFICE 5 Days a week Competitive Compensation and benefits package. $100K-160K PLUS WILL RELOCATE RIGHT CANDIDATE

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and disposition transaction-monitoring alerts
• Investigate unusual or potentially suspicious activity
• Document findings and decisions to examination-ready standards
• Conduct customer, transaction, counterparty, and open-source research
• Support SAR drafting, filing, and continuing-activity reviews
• Assist with FinCEN 314(a), 314(b), and regulatory requests
• Analyze crypto and stablecoin activity using blockchain analytics tools
• Identify false-positive trends, coverage gaps, and opportunities for rule tuning
• Collaborate with KYC, EDD, sanctions, legal, and compliance teams

Qualifications:

• 2–10+ years in transaction monitoring, AML investigations, or financial crimes compliance
• Experience within a bank, fintech, MSB, crypto exchange, or similar environment
• Working knowledge of BSA/AML, OFAC, SAR requirements, and FFIEC expectations
• Hands-on experience with transaction-monitoring or case-management platforms
• Strong investigative writing and case-documentation skills
• Crypto/stablecoin monitoring and blockchain analytics experience a Plus
• CAMS certification a plus

We are seeking a detail-oriented investigator who can manage a production queue, identify meaningful red flags, write clear narratives, and build defensible case files.

This role requires unrestricted U.S. work authorization. Employer sponsorship is not available.
