Description

• Perform evaluations for patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings and create personalized treatment plans

• Guide patients and their families through therapeutic goals, discharge plans, and home exercise routines

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited institution

Certifications
