Digital Marketing Manager

C2N Diagnostics, a St. Louis based biotechnology company focused on commercializing high-quality in vitro diagnostics for neurodegenerative conditions, is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join its growing Marketing team. The Digital Marketing Manager will support the execution of digital marketing programs across C2N's growing portfolio of innovative blood-based diagnostic solutions. This is an execution-focused role for a hands-on digital marketer who understands how to turn marketing strategy into high-quality, compliant digital content and campaigns. The Digital Marketing Manager will support website marketing, social media, digital campaigns, email and other digital initiatives, working closely with internal marketing, medical, legal and compliance teams and external agency partners. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines in a regulated healthcare environment. This is a remote position that will report to the Director of Marketing.Find out if this opportunity is a good fit by reading all of the information that follows below.C2N is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability status, veteran status, marital or parental status, pregnancy, citizenship status, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression or any other characteristic protected by law.Duties and ResponsibilitiesExecute digital marketing campaigns across website, social media, email and other digital channels.Manage day-to-day updates and content for C2N Diagnostics websites, working with internal teams and agency partners as neededDevelop and coordinate social media content, including content calendars, copy, creative assets, scheduling and publishingCreate digital marketing briefs and coordinate development of campaign assets with external agencies and internal stakeholdersManage agency feedback and revisions to ensure assets meet marketing objectives, brand standards and timelinesCoordinate the Medical, Legal and Regulatory (MLR) review and approval process for digital marketing materials, including preparing submissions, tracking feedback and managing revisions through final approvalMaintain digital campaign calendars, project timelines and asset status to ensure work moves efficiently from concept through launchSupport development and execution of paid and organic digital campaigns.Monitor digital campaign performance and website/social media metrics and provide regular reporting and insightsIdentify opportunities to improve digital content, engagement and campaign performance based on data and audience behaviorPartner with Marketing, Medical, Commercial and other cross-functional teams to translate clinically complex information into clear, engaging digital content for healthcare professional audiences.Help maintain digital content libraries, campaign assets and approved materialsStay current on digital marketing platforms, social media trends and best practices relevant to healthcare and B2B marketingEducation and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related fieldApproximately 2+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, medical devices, biotechnology or another regulated industryDemonstrated experience executing digital marketing campaigns from development through launchExperience with social media management, website content and digital campaign executionExperience working with external agencies and managing creative/content revisionsExperience navigating an MLR, legal/compliance or similar review and approval process is strongly preferredStrong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, particularly when working with scientific and clinical contentAbility to quickly learn and understand clinically and scientifically complex products and translate information into clear, audience-appropriate marketing contentComfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with evolving prioritiesExperience with digital marketing, social media, website CMS and analytics platformsTravel and Physical RequirementsThis position could require up to 15% travel, including overnight travel, to attend internal and external meetings and conferencesAbility to sit and stand for up to periods of four (4) hoursAbility to lift up to thirty (30) pounds in an office environmentThe potential base pay range for this role is $85,000-$105,000 annually.
