This role sits at the intersection of business transformation, product strategy, engineering, and AI innovation.You will define and drive product strategy for a portfolio of enterprise platforms supporting Legal function at Microsoft. You will work with engineering teams, business leaders, data scientists, and AI specialists to create agentic experiences that reduce operational toil, improve employee experiences, and generate measurable business outcomes.The ideal candidate combines deep product management fundamentals with systems thinking, business acumen, customer obsession, and a passion for applying AI to transform how work gets done. You are comfortable moving between strategic planning, customer discovery, roadmap definition, data analysis, engineering discussions, and executive storytelling. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $160,200 - $261,000 per year.
