Business Analyst - PaymentsDuration: 6+ months ContractRemote only CST/ESTNote: Deep proficiency with Banking Payment process (FEDWIRE, CHIPS, SWIFT)Primary Responsibilities:Project manage the implementation of Payments ISO20022 migration projectAs a project manager will work with external implementation partner/vendor and internal departments like Cash Management, Funds Transfer & IT in providing hands-on leadership, process design, Subject Matter Expertise, training, testingConduct Business Analysis by working with internal SMEs and business users. Defining & executing a business process to facilitate migration to new vendor as part of Spectrum projectUAT execution with Business StakeholdersWork with external Payments Vendor on UAT Defect tracking & data migrationWorking internal SMEs in analyzing the data integration between multiple source systems and work with IDB IT team in developing the end solutionManaging resources, timeline, scope and customer expectationsManaging project deliverables with cross functional teamsManage and participate in the following project activities:Manage Project Plan and status reportingDefine functional specificationsUnit and integration testing during the course of the projectExecuting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with multiple business stakeholderCandidate Qualifications:Experience in managing complex large-scale projects in Capital markets domainDeep proficiency with Banking Payment process (FEDWIRE, CHIPS, SWIFT) with solid understanding of cross-divisional interface with other banking business area's like Cash Management, Funds TransferPreferred Experience working with FIS E-Gifts platform or similar Payment Gateway PlatformSolid Knowledge of Bank Payments System Process flows & concepts Wires, Chips, SWIFTExposure to IBM MQ platform is preferredExposure to ISO20022 standard and related project executionSolid knowledge of key business processes in Deposit Operations including Core Banking Deposit systems Deposit systemsExperience in managing project delivery teams with agile and/or agile processesAble to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse group of people, engaging stakeholders to capture and prioritize business needExcellent client interaction skills Veracity
