NM Distribution Clerk

Distributes supplies and equipment as necessary to support the daily operations of the hospital. Provides direct assistance to all hospital units by inventorying and restocking supply carts and stations daily, filling requisitions, and delivering supplies according to schedule. Issues supplies on an as-needed basis, distributes departmental special orders, and accurately documents all activities in the appropriate electronic medical record system using EPIC. Responsible for maintaining patient care equipment, demonstrating knowledge of operation, utilization, and decontamination procedures, and adhering to PPE protocols. Ensures proper assembly, utilization, and maintenance of orthopedic traction equipment.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. verification in profile
• Six months' experience in Central Supply or medical field preferred
• Basic computer literacy with ability to learn new software applications
• Ability to undergo fingerprinting as required by the State of New Mexico
• No on-call requirement

Schedule:

• 5 days a week, 8 hours per day (Monday to Friday)
• Shift options: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm or potentially 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm
