Direct Support Professional

Job Description Natural Support Services provides community-based support services that help individuals build independence, stability, and meaningful connections within their communities. Our programs focus on skill development, community engagement, and person-centered support for individuals with developmental and behavioral health needs. Natural Support Services is seeking compassionate Residence Counselors to provide direct support to individuals in residential and respite settings. Residence Counselors help individuals maintain a safe, supportive, and structured home environment while promoting independence and personal development. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, supporting individuals with personal care needs, preparing meals, encouraging community participation, and following each individual's Person Centered Plan (PCP). Residence Counselors work as part of a team to ensure individuals receive consistent, high-quality support in a respectful and person-centered environment. Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Ability to pass background check and drug screening CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Ability to support individuals with developmental, intellectual, or behavioral health needs Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work evenings, weekends, or overnight shifts if needed Flexible scheduling and shift opportunities Meaningful work supporting individuals in the community Supportive and collaborative team environment Paid training opportunities Opportunities for growth within the organization #J-18808-Ljbffr
