The Opportunity

As a Business Development Executive, you'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective customers, and helping drive growth across the business.

You'll receive structured training, ongoing coaching, and exposure to a proven sales process that will equip you with the skills needed to develop into a high-performing sales professional.

Key Details

• Base Salary: $60,000
• OTE: $40,000
• Commission: Uncapped
• Location: Miami, Florida
• Working Pattern: Office-based, 5 days per week
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

What You'll Be Doing

• Identifying and engaging prospective customers through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach
• Speaking with business leaders and decision-makers to understand their challenges
• Generating qualified meetings and sales opportunities for the wider sales team
• Building and managing a pipeline of prospective customers
• Learning and implementing a proven consultative sales process
• Researching target markets and identifying new business opportunities
• Working closely with experienced sales professionals and learning from top performers
• Consistently achieving and exceeding activity and performance targets
