Senior Heavy Highway Project Manager

Senior Project Manager Karvo Companies, Inc. Karvo Companies, Inc. is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager to lead complex heavy highway and infrastructure construction projects. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing all phases of assigned projects — from pre-construction through final completion — ensuring safety, quality, budget adherence, and client satisfaction. We specialize in heavy highway underground utility work, dirt excavation, asphalt paving, and concrete work. Work is performed for ODOT, various counties, cities and townships throughout Northeast Ohio. Position Summary The Senior Project Manager provides overall direction and management for large-scale roadway, bridge, asphalt, and site development projects. This role works closely with estimators, superintendents, field crews, subcontractors, and clients to ensure successful project execution.
