Location Gates Position Overview We are seeking an Operations Teller; your focus is delivering exceptional service to our members while facilitating various transactions with accuracy and efficiency. Serving as a representative of the credit union, you uphold the highest standards of professionalism, focusing on creating a positive member centric experience. The actual salary offered within the range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to relevant experience, qualifications, skills, level offered, and performance expectations. Requirements High school diploma or high school equivalency A minimum of one to three (3) years of teller experience or related experience is normally required Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. Proficiency with a PC and associated programs (such as Microsoft Office) Ability to build relationships with members and teammates Cash handling skills Strong customer service skills Impeccable dependency regarding all scheduled shifts Completion of the Teller training program Become proficient in all relevant systems as well as credit union products Make minimal errors with regard to all transactions processed Two Saturdays are required per month EEO Statement Advantage Federal Credit Union is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
