Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations of clients to accurately determine their mental health needs and status.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific goals and needs identified during assessments.
• Provide one-on-one therapy to adult clients, utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other approaches suited to client preferences.
• Deliver therapy sessions via telehealth, ensuring a safe and productive virtual environment for client discussions.
• Offer immediate crisis intervention services when necessary, equipping clients with strategies to cope effectively and safely.
• Engage actively in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest mental health best practices and comply with industry standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients represent a diverse population grappling with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress-related disorders, and relational issues. You will have the autonomy to choose your preferred therapeutic modalities, allowing you to tailor interventions to best fit each unique case. Qualifications

• A valid and current license as a LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to connect effectively with clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to structure therapy sessions and maintain client records efficiently.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in teletherapy practices and familiarity with virtual therapy platforms.
• Prior clinical experience with diverse populations and a variety of mental health issues is highly regarded.
