Life Skills Coach

Easterseals Southern California seeks a Home-Based Support Specialist to plan and conduct daily activities in participants' homes, helping them learn living skills and build independence per ISP/IPP goals. You will implement activities that promote community integration and skill development in daily living tasks. Responsibilities include 1:1 personal care, documenting ISP progress, attending ISP/IPP meetings, and ensuring safety with CPR/First Aid certifications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
