What You’ll Do (and Do Well) Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems with confidence Perform tune-ups, maintenance, and system evaluations Install, replace, and upgrade HVAC components Ensure all work meets local and national code requirements Deliver the kind of customer experience Barstow & Sons is known for—professional, friendly, and trustworthy What You Bring to the Table 4+ years of residential HVAC service experience Strong diagnostic and repair skills A passion for delivering top-tier customer service Excellent communication and professionalism Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Valid driver’s license (company policy requires drivers to be 21+) If you’re detail-oriented, motivated, and take pride in your work—you’ll fit right in.
