Surgical Technologist

Immediate need for a talented Surgical Technologist. This is a 13 weeks contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Vail, CO (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Hours: 40 Hours/Week

Weekly Tax Free Stipend to be paid $1,219.40

Weekly Straight Pay (Taxable) $1,240.00

Weekly Gross $2,459.40

Shift: MondayFriday- Day

Key Responsibilities

• Seeking a Surgical Technologist to assist the surgical team by preparing and maintaining a sterile operating room, handling surgical instruments, and ensuring patient safety during procedures.
• Responsibilities include maintaining the sterile field, assisting with room setup and turnover, sterilizing instruments, supporting patient transport, and following AORN standards, infection control practices, and HIPAA guidelines.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience

• Completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program
• Colorado Surgical Technologist License (Required)
• BLS Certification (AHA) (Required)
• Knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation
• Basic computer and English communication skills
