Customer Service Associate I

Responsibilities Assist customers with questions and recommendations Manage sales transactions using assigned cash register Maintain security of cash and protect company assets Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise Receive merchandise, help with unloading trucks, and stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable Other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents required Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required Strong organizational and communication skills required Strong problem-solving and decision‑making skills required Perks & Benefits Medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision insurance Employee Assistance Program Retirement plans Educational Assistance And much more EEO Statement We are an equal opportunity employer and committed to recruiting, hiring, training, and promoting qualified people of all backgrounds, and make all employment decisions without regard to any protected status.
