Full Time 30-39 Hour Omaha, NE, US Job Title: Sales Operations Director Employment Type: Full time/Salary Schedule: M-F 8-5 on call as needed, adjust for meetings Report to: President Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and hold direct reports accountable, including task accountability, training and cross‑training, time‑off approvals, performance reviews, and process implementation. Oversee the Residential Mentor program and support onboarding and training for new residential and commercial agents. Maintain and update all sales documentation, guides, and operational resources. Evaluate, implement, and manage sales‑specific software tools, including setup, training, and ongoing support. Track and report monthly sales activity and performance metrics to Sales Leadership. Partner with the Marketing team to ensure sales marketing initiatives are executed, tracked, and followed consistently. Lead You‑niversity trainings and monthly sales meetings. Represent the company within the real estate industry and stay informed on market and regulatory changes. Actively participate in company events and culture initiatives. Ideal Candidate Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, customer‑focused mindset. Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate teams. Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and multitasking skills. Strong problem‑solving and analytical capabilities. Experience with MLS systems and real estate sales tools. Self‑motivated, disciplined, and results‑driven. Commitment to continuous learning and team development. Proficient in Microsoft 365.
