You will be responsible for preparing meals in a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen specializing in American and Southern fusion cuisine. Your role includes setting up cooking stations, prepping ingredients, and cooking and plating dishes following the restaurant's recipes and standards. You will maintain sanitation during your shift, handle daily cleaning duties, and assist with inventory and quality control as part of a large kitchen team.

Responsibilities
