️ Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of aircraft detailers on-site
• Execute and oversee high-quality detailing services, including:
  • Exterior washing and brightwork
  • Waxing and polishing
  • Interior deep cleaning and sanitation
• Ensure all work meets RealClean’s strict quality and safety standards⭐
• Train, coach, and develop new and existing team members
• Maintain professionalism when interacting with FBOs, crews, and aircraft owners
• Manage job timelines and ensure efficient, on-time completion
• Uphold compliance with all safety procedures and environmental regulations

⭐ What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in aircraft detailing, luxury automotive detailing, or similar hands-on trade
• Proven ability to lead a team and take ownership of results
• Strong attention to detail—no shortcuts, no missed spots
• Experience with SOPs , following protocols and processes
• High level of integrity, accountability, and reliability
• Professional demeanor with strong customer service instincts
• Physically capable of working outdoors and in varying conditions
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends
