Details:
- Welder/Fabricator
- Oak Ridge, TN
- 1st shift – Monday to Friday
- $25 - $30 hourly
Responsibilities or job duties:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
- Perform TIG welding on aluminum, stainless steel, and other metals in horizontal, vertical, and flat positions.
- Fabricate metal components by cutting, grinding, fitting, and welding materials
- Inspect completed welds and fabricated parts to ensure quality and accuracy
- Troubleshoot and adjust as needed during the fabrication process
Qualifications:
- HS diploma/GED
- Valid DL
- No travel required
- Climate-controlled shop
- Metal fabrication experience, including cutting, bending, grinding, and assembly.
- Skilled in hand and power tools and fabrication equipment.
- Experience required with TIG and MIG on stainless and aluminum is required
