Sol Radiology is seeking a Diagnostic Radiologist for a fully remote teleradiology position. You can practice from anywhere in the United States, provided you hold-or are able to obtain-an active California medical license. Position Highlights

• 100% remote-work from anywhere in the U.S.
• 7 days on / 14 days off schedule
• Daily reading hours of 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Pacific)
• Productivity target of approximately 12 RVUs per reading hour
• Competitive base compensation of approximately $500,000 annually, plus productivity incentive
• High-volume, multi-site practice spanning hospital and outpatient settings, with significant emergent/STAT coverage
• Multiple AI-enabled tools and 24/7 radiologist and IT support, so you can focus on interpretation

Responsibilities

• Interpret a broad range of diagnostic imaging studies across hospital and outpatient sites, including X-ray, CT, ultrasound, and MRI, as credentialed
• Provide accurate, timely, and clinically relevant reports to referring providers
• Communicate urgent and critical findings in accordance with established protocols
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff to support patient care and treatment planning
• Maintain compliance with quality assurance, regulatory, and documentation standards
• Participate in peer review and quality improvement initiatives as needed
• Use PACS, RIS, and EMR systems effectively within a remote environment

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Diagnostic Radiology residency program
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology (ABR or equivalent)-both are welcome to apply
• Active California medical license, or the ability to obtain one
• Illinois medical license preferred but not required-we will support obtaining one if you do not already hold it
• Participation in the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with remote teleradiology workflows preferred
