Senior Tax Manager

Title: Senior Tax Manager Base pay range: $100,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr Duration: Permanent Salary Range: $100,000 to $130,000 Must haves Bachelor's degree required 5+ years of experience in public accounting 3 years of supervisory experience Must have active CPA Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally Ability to manage all aspects of client engagements including ability to manage deadlines, work on multiple assignments and prioritize each assignment as necessary Experience advising high net worth individuals and S Corps or C Corps Day to Day This role focuses on expanding revenue from existing clients while identifying new business opportunities through strategic short- and long-term planning. This director opening requires managing practice operations effectively, including billing, realization, and meeting charge hour objectives, while ensuring quality control standards. Serving as a trusted advisor, the individual will maintain key client relationships, lead business development efforts, and execute a personal marketing plan. Responsibilities include supervising staff, providing technical expertise as a Subject Matter Expert, and fostering a positive team culture aligned with management decisions.
