Atrium Health Musculoskeletal Institute Orthopedic Trauma is seeking an experienced board-certified, fellowship trained Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to join the team at Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center with the region's only Level 1 Trauma Center. Optimal candidate will have a minimum of five years of practice experience and a record of academic productivity to include publications and extramural funding. • Manage high-volume orthopedic trauma, fracture care, and acute orthopedics
• Initial guarantee salary with RVU production incentive, Bonus structure based on quality metrics
• Successful candidates will join 6 established Orthopedic Trauma surgeons
• 7 experienced surgeons, 7 APPs, 26 Orthopedic residents, and 3 trauma fellows from a highly regarded orthopedic residency and fellowship programs.
• Orthopedic trauma research efforts have led to successes recognized by multiple national research grant funding agencies.

Training and/or Experience Required

• Experienced Board-certified Orthopaedic Surgeon
• Fellowship Trained in Orthopaedic Traumatology
• Minimum of 5 years of practice experience
• A record of academic productivity to include publications and extramural funding
