Overview Registered Nurse (RN) – Pediatric Home Health Care Options for Kids provides dedicated, one-on-one pediatric home health nursing to focuscare on the patient and family. Nurses care for pediatric patients with high acuity needs in the home, building consistent relationships with the child and family. The role emphasizes autonomy, continuity of care, and skilled nursing delivered in a calm, controlled environment with clinical support available as needed. Responsibilities Provide focused, one-on-one pediatric home health nursing. Care for pediatric patients with high acuity needs in the patient’s home setting. Establish and maintain trusting relationships with the child and their family. Exercise professional autonomy in clinical decision-making while following physician orders and care plans. Deliver skilled nursing care with calm, safety-focused execution, supported by a clinical team when required.
