In this role, you'll collaborate closely with physical therapists to deliver exceptional patient care. You'll assist in patient assessments, implement treatment plans, and promote health and wellness. $65,000 - $85,000 yearly

• Collaborate with physical therapists to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for each patient.
• Conduct patient assessments to evaluate progress and adjust therapy techniques as needed.
• Provide hands-on therapy sessions, ensuring each patient receives focused and individualized care.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and strategies to enhance recovery and maintain wellness.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies and share insights with colleagues.
• Stay updated on the latest physical therapy techniques and integrate them into practice to enhance patient outcomes.

• Experience in assisting physical therapists with patient assessments and personalized care plans.
• Ability to implement treatment plans with precision, focusing on patient progress and well-being.
• Proven track record of educating patients and families on exercises and lifestyle changes to enhance recovery.
• Strong skills in maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a healthcare team to refine treatment approaches and improve patient care.
• Commitment to ensuring a safe and supportive environment for patients during therapy sessions.
• Willingness to participate in continuous learning opportunities to enhance skills and stay updated with industry advancements.
