Comprehensive Benefits * Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) match, and more * Paid Sick Leave, Holidays, and Vacation * CEU reimbursement, tuition assistance, and ongoing professional development opportunities * Yoga and wellness discounts What You'll Do * Create and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans aligned with children's IEPs or medical plans * Conduct comprehensive evaluations, ongoing assessments, and annual/triennial reviews * Maintain timely and compliant documentation of therapy sessions and client progress * Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to set meaningful goals and accommodations * Supervise and support Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) as needed What We're Looking For Required: * Current Occupational Therapist license in Arizona (or eligibility to obtain) * IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card Preferred: * Experience in school or pediatric clinical settings working with children facing developmental, learning, or social-emotional challenges * Familiarity with IEPs, treatment planning, and behavior interventions * Strong organizational, problem-solving, and data documentation skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * A collaborative, positive mindset and genuine passion for helping children succeed About Point Quest Group Point Quest Group is a leading national provider of special education services, partnering with 350+ school districts to help students with unique needs thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
