Job Brief
Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a General Labor for our client. This job is responsibilities include performing quality work safely and within production standards, with or without direct supervision. The operator will interact professionally with coworkers, work effectively within a team, and operate independently while communicating and coordinating with other employees and departments.

What’s a Typical Day Like?

• Perform quality work in a safe manner within a production standard either with or without direct supervision.
• Interact professionally with coworkers.
• Work effectively within a functional group.
• Work independently while understanding the necessity for effective communication (5+1) and coordinating work efforts with other employees and departments.
• Operate assigned machines according to procedure and product specification. This includes, but is not limited to the retrieving of materials, the harvesting of finished material, cleaning and machine set up.
• Assist in areas both within the department and other production areas as needed.

What Are the Requirements of the Job?

• High school diploma or GED
• Fork Truck license is required for certain jobs tasks.
• Lifting requirements of 10-25 lbs. frequently and 25-50 lbs. occasionally.
• The ability to stand on concrete for an entire shift.
• The ability to walk up ladders or stairs.
• 1 years of assembly experience.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel.
• Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination.
• Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time
• Communication skills.
