The position provides a supportive environment that values mentorship, professional development, and the advancement of clinical expertise. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient ENT care, including performing and assisting with a variety of office‑based procedures. Educate and communicate effectively with patients, families, referring providers, and the interdisciplinary care team. Assess, diagnose, and manage patients, performing minor and diagnostic procedures, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and coordinating specialty services. Build strong, trusting relationships with patients, families, and the ENT care team to support continuity of care. Serve as a key member of a collaborative healthcare team, demonstrating professionalism, strong communication, and alignment with organizational values and mission. Uphold all institutional policies and procedures while contributing to a culture of excellence, safety, and patient‑centered care.
