Regional Vice President, Sales
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support the expansion into the US State and Local public sector, the full-time Regional Vice President, Sales will lead a team of first-line managers, drive sales quota attainment, and develop high-growth strategies while working in a hybrid environment. Key responsibilities Lead and develop enterprise sales teams to achieve quarterly and yearly sales quotas Execute strategies to increase customer acquisition and evaluate sales processes for market expansion Maintain and develop team forecasts to ensure sales targets are met Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales within a B2B technology environment Proven track record of managing high-performing sales teams and complex sales processes Experience building relationships with Fortune 1000 companies Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing sales talent Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and exceed sales forecasts
