About the Role
The Company is seeking a Business Resiliency Manager - Vice President to join their Securities Services Operations team. The successful candidate will be part of a newly created team responsible for driving business resiliency and crisis management strategy in the region. This role is pivotal in ensuring the business can withstand and recover from disruptions, with a focus on minimizing the impact to customers, the firm, and the market. Key responsibilities include managing the business response to major incidents, representing securities services operations during such events, and implementing a framework for monitoring and escalating incidents. The role also involves close collaboration with various teams to adhere to enhanced firm-wide resiliency standards in line with regulations. Applicants must have at least 8 years' of experience in the financial services industry, with a strong knowledge of the regulatory environment and a sound understanding of the securities services business. The role requires experience in incident management, analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Proven stakeholder management skills are essential for influencing and driving results across the organization. Preferred qualifications include a working knowledge of technology systems supporting securities services, an understanding of client segments and behaviors, and experience with market infrastructure and regulators.
