Marketing & Community Engagement Coordinator Southern Family Medicine & Lincoln Pharmacy Fayetteville, TN Part-Time (~20 Hours per Week) About Us Southern Family Medicine and Lincoln Pharmacy are locally owned healthcare organizations committed to providing exceptional patient care and serving our community. We are seeking an energetic, creative, and community-focused Marketing Coordinator to help grow our presence, strengthen community relationships, and increase awareness of our services. This position will support both Southern Family Medicine and Lincoln Pharmacy through social media management, content creation, community outreach, and reputation management. Responsibilities Social Media & Digital Marketing Create and schedule engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profiles Develop graphics, photos, videos, and reels promoting services, events, and health education Maintain a consistent social media presence for both organizations Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and online inquiries as directed Content Creation Take photos and videos within the clinic and pharmacy Design marketing materials using Canva or similar software Create flyers, digital signage, newsletters, and promotional materials Assist with website updates and online content Community Engagement Represent Southern Family Medicine and Lincoln Pharmacy at community events Coordinate participation in health fairs, school events, and local festivals Build relationships with local businesses, employers, schools, and community organizations Help develop referral and outreach opportunities Reputation Management Encourage patient and customer reviews Monitor and respond to online reviews appropriately Maintain accurate business information across online platforms Performance Tracking Track social media growth, engagement, reviews, and marketing initiatives Provide monthly reports on marketing activities and results Qualifications Required Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and social media platforms Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to create engaging content and communicate professionally Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Reliable transportation for local events and outreach activities Preferred Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools Photography and video editing experience Marketing, communications, public relations, or healthcare experience Experience managing business social media accounts Knowledge of Google Business Profiles and online reputation management Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Flexible scheduling Opportunity for growth as the position expands Meaningful work supporting local healthcare organizations Opportunity to make a direct impact on the health and well-being of our community Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Creative and self-motivated Comfortable interacting with the public Passionate about community involvement Skilled at creating engaging social media content Excited to help grow two respected local healthcare organizations Assets & Application Please submit: Resume Examples of social media pages, graphics, or content you have created Brief explanation of why you are interested in this position Southern Family Medicine and Lincoln Pharmacy are equal opportunity employers and value individuals who are passionate about serving their community and helping local businesses grow.
