Contract Administrator Assistant I
Atec Inc.
Responsible for coordination of administrative and clerical activities in multiple departments. Develop and maintain customer relations. Administrative support for departments. Assist with shipping preparation. Maintain Billing/Shipping Logs. Special projects as assigned. Assist with Outreach Committee activities. Assist with Company travel arrangements. Ensure activities are conducted in accordance with Atec International Standards Organization (AS9100/ISO) policies and correct and report any deviations to appropriate area manager/supervisor. Be familiar with and understand Atec Quality Policy and company objectives.
Participate in AS9100/ISO training as required.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or two (2) years of experience in office environment; Proficiency with computer software including Microsoft office products. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Extended work hours and/or travel may occasionally be required. ( All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to disability or protected veteran status.
