Senior Product Specialist
Job Location: St. Louis, MO
Duration: Long Term
Key Technology: Agile, User Stories, B2B/B2C
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the execution and delivery of product features into the market
- Assist in managing the Smart Data roadmap/strategy and backlog for Platform Portal
- Prioritize and manage tickets and defects
- Provide quality assurance (testing and release support) for assigned enhancements and features
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Translate product requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Validate technical delivery to ensure alignment with product requirements
- Prepare product-specific presentations for internal partners and stakeholders
- Contribute to product-specific and program-wide metrics and reporting
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills and Experience Required:
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
- Experience in agile delivery methods (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Strong skills in writing user stories, defining business outcomes, and acceptance criteria
- Clear and effective communication with peers, clients, and leadership
- Experience with B2B and/or B2C web portals
- Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive UI/UX
- Familiarity with commercial credit card products and transaction flows
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement
