RN: Oncology

Job Description Work as an IV Therapy RN in Salem, Massachusetts, focused on venous access and advanced IV procedures across patients of all ages—from neonates and infants to pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics. This contract is built around keeping core IV therapy skills sharp and reliable: peripheral IV insertion, ultrasound-guided IV lines, PICC repositioning, CVAD dressing changes, non-tunneled CVAD removal, implanted port access/de-access, and the reconstitution/instillation/removal of thrombolytics. You’ll join a team that expects competency in IV venous access techniques and will support your ability to perform consistently with EPIC documentation. The schedule is 8‑hour days with 32 hours scheduled through the unit’s day‑shift coverage, and all day shift positions rotate.
