Clinical documentation skills, including goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with regulatory and clinic standards. Adherence to state Practice Act and maintenance of professional licensure and continuing education. Professional behavior consistent with organizational code of conduct and patient safety practices. Preferred: experience supervising or precepting students and working with varied outpatient diagnoses.
