Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift (3x12 Hours, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | 36 or 48 hours per week accepted | Every other weekend required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Telemetry unit with a patient ratio of 1:5–6
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data, responding appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and unit protocols
• Float within the specialty and to lower acuity units as needed
• Participate in scheduled holiday coverage as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Active Maryland RN license or valid Compact RN license at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of Telemetry RN experience
• BLS certification – American Heart Association only
• ACLS certification – American Heart Association only
• NIHSS certification
• CPI certification – Calm Every Storm online version is the only acceptable online vendor

Preferred Experience / Skills

• First-time travel nurses are welcome to apply
• Comfort with floating within scope to lower acuity units without restrictions
