What will your duties be?Validate, sign, and issue academic documents, including certificates, diplomas, and student records for active students and graduatesCoordinate the issuance and printing of official academic documentationManage apostille processes and ensure proper tracking of document requestsProvide student support via phone, email, and in-person regarding academic documentationReceive, process, and deliver academic records and institutional documentsMaintain accurate student records and ensure documentation complianceSupport administrative processes within the Academic Administrative Management department??What are we looking for?2+ years of administrative experience in higher education, Registrar, student services, academic operations, or document managementStrong attention to detail and confidentiality handling sensitive academic informationExperience managing official documentation and administrative processesFluent English & Spanish (written and verbal)Strong organizational and customer service skillsAbility to work onsite in Miami, FLExperience signing or validating institutional/official documents is a plus
