• Assist with medication management, including administering medication and keeping accurate records

• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs and preferences of each resident

• Engage with residents in various activities, such as games, exercise classes, and social events, to promote mental and physical well-being

• Collaborate with other care team members to ensure seamless and effective care delivery

• Maintain accurate records and documents, including care plans, incident reports, and medication administration records
