About the Role
The Company is in search of an Associate Dean for Academic Affairs to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key leader in shaping the future of dental education, with a focus on curriculum innovation, advanced education programs, technology integration, and regulatory compliance. This role is pivotal in the College's commitment to preparing exceptional dentists and addressing the oral health needs of the community. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contemporary curricular models, transformative competencies in clinical education, and expertise in leveraging educational technologies. They will work closely with various academic leaders to guide the educational progression of students and engage with external stakeholders to advance the College's academic mission.
